Why is a mileage logbook needed?
As a company car driver or business owner, you are required to be able to show how your vehicle is used if requested by the Swedish Tax Authority. This allows the Tax Authority to determine whether taxation is correct.
The simplest way for you as a business owner to show the usage of your cars is by keeping a mileage logbook. By using an electronic mileage logbook, such as Dina Mil, you can let the car do most of the work, automatically recording the whens and wheres the vehicle has been used. The only thing the driver needs to add is the purpose of each trip.

As an administrator, you can easily add and connect drivers and vehicles using their personal number and the car’s registration number.
Drivers securely log in using BankID, add the purpose of their trips, and submit them to the administrator.
The administrator can review and comment on the submitted mileage logs and download them when needed. If your fleet changes, it’s easy to add, replace, or remove cars and drivers.

How many cars can I add to Dina Mil?
You can add an unlimited number of cars to Dina Mil. As an administrator, you can register up to 10 cars directly in the system.

Is there a contract period?
You are not bound for any specific period by contract. Dina Mil is paid in advance for the coming month.

When will my car be connected?
As soon as we start receiving car data, Dina Mil will be activated and your car will be connected. Read more about how your car is activated here.

What payment options does Dina Mil offer?
Payment is made monthly via our payment partner Stripe. When you sign up, you agree to have your credit card automatically charged each month until you choose to cancel your subscription.

What happens when the free trial ends?
If you choose to continue, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription. The service will be charged according to the applicable pricing unless it is canceled before the end of the trial period, that is, before the 25th of the following month.

How do I create an account?
Dina Mil uses BankID to securely verify your identity and create your account. Once that is done, you can continue to easily add cars and invite any additional drivers.

How much does Dina Mil cost?
Dina Mil costs 159 SEK per month and per car (excluding VAT).
You pay monthly in advance, starting from the month after you add your first car. The monthly fee is based on the number of cars in your fleet at the end of each month.

How does the free trial work?
When you start your free trial, you receive the remaining days of the current month plus access until the 25th of the following month at no cost. You can use the service with full functionality from day one.
When will I be charged?
You will only be charged after the free trial ends, on the 25th of the following month.
Do I need to provide payment details to start the free trial?
Yes, you need to enter your payment details to create an account. However, no charges will be made during the free trial period.
Can I cancel before the trial ends?
Yes, you can cancel at any time during the free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
